How you or your loved ones can get access to short term accommodation:
Personal care
Accommodation
Food
A range of other activities.

NDIS Funding for medium-term accommodation doesn’t include day-to-day living costs like food, internet or electricity. NDIS provides up to 28 days of STA (Short term assistance) per year, however, this varies depending on the amount of care needed, the complexity of the situation and various other factors.
You can use your Short Term Accommodation funding flexibly. For example, you might want to use it in a block of up to 14 days at a time or for one weekend a month.
This whole process can become really overwhelming, really quick after considering the range of complications there is for each case.
We believe you don't deserve to go through all these frustrations, after all, you are here to seek comfort and a safe space to relax and have your needs taken care of fully. Let us take this load off your shoulders.

Whether it’s your loved ones’ first time or not, moving away from home can seem like a daunting task. Leaving the comfort of your home, and having to face a completely different environment, it’s natural for them to feel stressed about this.
Our mission at Radiant Home care is to make this change as smooth as possible, by making the participant feel like they are moving to another home, not just an accommodation.
We make this possible by our highly personalised process of assisting your loved ones. We treat them as a friend, more than a participant, which is what separates us from the rest.
